Please reach out for a free 15-20 minute phone consultation so that we can mutually determine whether we are a good therapeutic fit.

$200 for initial consultation. This allows for us to get to know each other better and see what your needs, goals, and desires are for pursuing therapy.

$175 for individual sessions

As an affiliate of Shelterwood Collective, I am in network with Premera, Lifewise, Blue Cross, Regence, Blue Shield, First Choice, and Kaiser PPO.

I can also offer a superbill for reimbursement with out of network benefits.
